Membership is available to all that reside within Maiman's Lakeside Manor, 2nd Sub-division (identified on your property deed.)  A member with annual dues paid in full is a "Member in Good Standing."   Only members in good standing shall be granted access to the association property.  The association property is defined as the Triangle Park, the Beach Park, the Lakefront and the under-water Property on both sides of the beach. 

Members in good standing can also vote on business at hand during the annual meeting.
