BEACH ASSOCIATION RULES AND REGULATIONS

The following rules and regulations apply along with the Harbor Rules and Regulations.  Any violators may be subject to a per incident fine and/or suspension of beach or lakefront privileges.

1.      Association dues must be paid in full to use the beach area at anytime.

2.      Membership tags must be in your possession anytime you are at the beach.

3.      Adult members who are having guests at the beach MUST be present and are responsible for their guests.

4.      Members of the association and their guests are the only persons allowed on the lakefront.

5.      Food and beverage is allowed at the beach.  NO GLASS (Bottles) is allowed at the beach at anytime.  Please dispose of all of your garbage and help keep out beach clean.

6.      No animals or pets are allowed at the beach, lakefront or waterway for safety and health reasons.

7.      Changing of clothes is prohibited on the lakefront property or in the water for safety and health reasons.

8.      Bathing with soap or shampooing hair on the lakefront is prohibited.

9.      Boats are prohibited from entering the swimming area.

10. Fishing in the swimming area is prohibited.

11. No motorcycles or mini-bikes in the park or beach area at anytime.

12. All intentional damages to the beach and beach property, including but not limited to the piers, boats, slips and park by any member and/or their guests shall result in the member paying for said damage and possible legal prosecution for criminal damage.

13. Curfew for the beach is the same as the Village of Wauconda, 11:00pm Sunday through Thursday and 12:00am Friday and Saturday.

14. Bicycles must be parked at the entrance gate and may not be brought onto the beach or lakefront.

15. All softball/baseball activities shall be restricted to the park area.

16. Cars and boat trailers are not allowed on the beach or park area after boats are launched.

17. Any member wanting to reserve the beach for a function must be at least 21 years of age.

18. Beach clean-up must be done by 9:00am the following day of a party, otherwise the beach will be cleaned by the Association and the deposit will be forfeited.

19. Any person under the age of 17 must be present with a parent or guardian who is over the age of 18, unless written permission is given by the Beach Association Board of Directors is given.

20. No life guard is on duty at the beach at anytime.
